"Yoga for Stiff Dudes" No Spandex, No Chanting, No Meditation - Just Stiff Guys Stretchin' it Out!
Class begins Wed Sep 8th at 6:30pm in Mind/Body Studio
The Works is offering a class just for you stiff guys. Get into a routine of stretching out the strong muscles and waking up the weak ones. Get back to balance and enjoy pain-free living. You will be in the company of other stiff guys so don't worry about having to keep up with spandex-clad yogis! In this playful class we invite stiff guys to come and stretch out their stiffness. Wear your gym shorts or sweat pants or any loose comfy clothes and get ready to face the stiffness and turn it into freedom. You will moan but better to moan about yoga stretches than back pain, right?

Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates and the PeyowTM Aqua Pilates system, Aqualates uses buoyancy & resistance to challenge not only your core but your entire body! Modifications and progressions provided. Gentle enough for arthritis, osteoporosis, back, hip, or joint issues with doctor's OK. Can be done in 82 - 86º water. No experience needed. Consists of easy instructions, simple demos, moving drills, basic Pilates moves, and time to practice.

Cardio Dance Fusion is an intense way to move the body through choreography that encompasses Jazz, African, Latin, Hip Hop, and Modern Dance! Kiva will be back starting September 9th.
