About Me:
I have been a runner for most of my life and have always enjoyed being active. I knew I wanted to be in the medical field so exercise physiology seemed like the perfect fit. My first 6 years, I worked in a cardiopulmonary medical wellness setting before joining The Works Wellness team in March 2017. Over my time at The Works Wellness Center, my joy for helping people has grown due to our multitude of programs offers; helping people who have functional movement limitations, trouble with weight loss and more. Managing the Wellness Center has allowed me to be creative with my team and patients in order to best meet their needs.
