I have always been active, I had to be as I grew up with 5 brothers and had to ‘keep’ up with them. Regular exercise has been a part of my life since my 20’s, and after having trained with Personal Trainers, I decided to become one. So in 2009 I became a Certified Personal Trainer and have been training ever since. As your trainer, your goal will be my goal and I will not only ‘push’ you, but educate and encourage you to be the best you! Our sessions will be challenging but also FUN! My clients have blessed me by including me in their fitness journeys-improving posture, balance, strength, weight loss, functionality and for some increasing muscle mass-watching them succeed and having fun while achieving their goals is one of the many reasons I love training.
