Speaker Bureau Program Overview:

In this program, The Wellness Team will come to your facility to offer a 45-minute lecture on a topic of your choice. At the end of the lecture there will be additional time allotted for a question-and-answer portion. Below are a list of some topics offered. Don't see the topic you are looking for? Ask us about customized topics such as stretching for flexibility and balance, postural corrective exercises, Importance of Socialization of Children, water safety and more!

*Nonprofit community organizations will not be charged for any speaker bureau event. Standard fees for local business partners start at $150.00 for our corporate accounts. The cost will start at $250 for those who do not have a corporate account agreement with The Works.

We offer a 4-week weight loss seminar is a short-term program for your long-term journey. This group-based program includes four lectures with a Certified Health Coach. You will learn about nutrition, stress management, behavior change, how to strength train and more! This program is individualized with 2 visits with a Registered Dietitian! The cost of the program is $50 if your insurance covers the Registered Dietitian Visits. Full facility access for one-month!

Private Group Exercise Classes: Let our Group Fitness Instructors host a team-building exercise class for you and your organization. Challenge your teams to step outside the box and take a group yoga class to help ease the stresses of everyday life and work out those lingering muscle kinks. Or, provide an upbeat, fun, cardio-inspired Zumba dance class for your staff to let loose and discover new moves in a fun environment. We can customize a class that meets the needs of any team building or employee appreciation initiative.

Customized Small Group Training Class: Slam balls, battle ropes, and dumbbells…what more could you ask for to provide stress-relief for your team? Our degreed and certified fitness professionals can design a fun, 30-60 minute exercise class for groups of 10 or less utilizing various types of functional equipment. Your team will not even know they are exercising as they embark on an interactive, fitness-based class designed to challenge them physically and mentally, while building stronger relationships amongst the participants.
