The Works Wellness Center is one of three pillars for The Center for Weight Management at Wentworth Douglass Hospital. Our focus is lifestyle prevention and medicine and consists of our Registered Dietitians and Health Coaches.

My New Weigh and 6 or 12 Month Program
Short and long term options! NEW in November: My New Weigh is a 12 week program to help you start your weight loss journey.
Our Strong Bones Program is an interdisciplinary fitness and wellness program focusing on strength and nutrition. Strong Bones Osteoporosis Prevention is a 12-week Group Exercise and Nutrition program.
This is a functional strength small group training class led by a certified personal trainer that meets 2 times per week.
This exercise program is designed for cancer survivors. The program serves as a "bridge" to assist in the challenging transition from treatment and rehabilitation to previous levels of functioning.
This is a self-pay supervised exercise service that takes place at The Works in Somersworth.
This program is designed for maintenance and ongoing progress of your heart health. Your heart rate and pulse oximetry are checked routinely in this twice a week program.
