This is a functional strength small group training class led by a certified personal trainer that meets 2 times per week. Many different tools are used such as free weights, kettlebells, TRX, tubing, and bars. Throughout this program you will also meet with a Registered Dietitian bi-weekly (6 times throughout the program) to discuss dietary changes necessary based on your specific needs and limitations.
