Parkinson's Program
What is it?
The Works Wellness Center is pleased to offer an exercise program for patients with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). The program serves as a maintenance program for those diagnosed with PD and are looking to stay active. This program has open-enrollment.
Program meets Monday/Thursday from 2:00pm-3:00pm at The Works

How may I benefit from the program?
- Increased strength
- Improved balance
- Improved posture
- Overall sense of well-being through exercising in a positive environment with others who live with Parkinsons.
What is involved in the program:
- Evaluation with Health Coach
- Ongoing Exercise Program at The Works Monday/Thursday’s 2-3pm
- 3-Registered Dietitian visits through the first 3 months in the program to address individual dietary needs
How to get started:
If you are part of the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital/Mass General Brigham system, have your provider send a referral electronically.
If out of network, have your physician fill out our referral form and fax it back to The Wellness Center at 603-609-6306.
