About Me

I started running in elementary school and from there my love of having an active lifestyle began. From middle school on, I knew I wanted to be somewhere in the medical field and went on to earn my Bachelor’s in exercise physiology. I spent time traveling to the West Coast after college for 2 years, and when I returned to the East Coast I spent 4 years working at a PT clinic before joining The Works in January 2019. I love meeting new clients, discovering what they want to work on to achieve their best self and helping them get there with exercise programs they find enjoyable and effective.
