About Me
I am a native New Englander that graduated from Keene State College with a BA in Psychology. I have recently returned to NH from Northern Virginia where I graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an AAS in physical therapy and a massage therapy certification. I have worked a physical Therapist assistant and Licensed massage therapist in an outpatient setting for the past 10 years. I am so excited to pair the experience I have gained in my years in the allied health field with my interest in health and wellness as a health coach at The Works. Thrilled to be living in NH again I spend my free time hiking, biking, kayaking and taking nature photos.
